Application Fee and Method
of payment:
TK. 4000/= (Four Thousand,
non refundable) in favor of “SB No. 0947101136920, A/C Examination Management
& Misc Fund BSMMU, Pubali Bank Ltd, Shahbag Branch, Dhaka” from any Online
branch of Pubali Bank Ltd.
Submission of Application
(through online):
After payment of application
fee, candidate must fill the Application From through online available at www.bsmmu.edu.bd
Candidate has to upload
scanned copy of her/his ‘color photograph’ (not older than six months), ‘Bank
Payment receipt’ and ‘Signature’. Please keep the file size of your color
photograph small so that can be uploaded easily.
